How The Memberships Work:
Our Professional Memberships offer two payment options. You can pay upfront for the full year and enjoy immediate service, with reoccurring payments for the following year. Alternatively, you can choose the monthly payment plan, and your membership will commence the following year after the first 12 months of payments, without immediate service. This way, you have the flexibility to select the payment method that suits your needs best.
Does my membership renew after the year?
Memberships are designed to automatically renew on your contract anniversary. Cancellation to your membership must be done 30 days prior to your renewal date by emailing info@professionalheatingcooling.com. Otherwise, the membership will be renewed for an additional year of service.
One time payments or monthly payments?
Memberships are designed for our customers. Monthly payments or a one time upfront payment are both options to cover the cost of your yearly membership. Both payment methods will auto renew on your anniversary date.
What if I don't use my services?
Services are designed to be used within the calendar year. If services aren't used within the calendar year, services will not hop over to the following calendar year. Services and membership fees are non-refundable.

How can I cancel before my renewal?
If you unfortunately decide to cancel your membership, fees are not refundable. Monthly membership fees are still expected for the 12 month contract. If you wish to cancel please contact us at info@professionalheatingcooling.com 30 days prior to your renewal date.
What if you move?
Memberships are tied to our members and not their houses. If you move your membership will follow you to your new home (unless cancelled 30 days prior to your renewal date), within our servicing regions.
